Warranty Explained
At Nefix, your peace of mind comes first. We know how important it is to have a phone that’s protected if something goes wrong - that’s why every phone we sell comes with a 12-month warranty as standard.
Here’s everything you need to know about what’s covered (and what’s not), so there are no surprises.
What’s Covered?
If your phone develops a fault that wasn’t your fault, just get in touch with us as soon as possible.
- We’ll arrange for you to send it to our in-house tech engineers for assessment.
- If the issue is covered under warranty, we’ll repair it quickly and get it back to you.
- If we can’t fix it, we’ll send you a replacement device - simple as that.
Typical warranty-covered issues include:
- Hardware faults (e.g. speaker, microphone, camera not working)
- Charging issues (not caused by damage)
- Internal component failures (not caused by water or drop damage)
What’s Not Covered?
We know phones go through a lot - but unfortunately, not everything can be covered.
The following are not included in your warranty:
- Accidental damage (drops, cracks, etc.)
- Liquid damage
- Screen or casing damage
- Battery degradation (we guarantee 80% minimum battery health on arrival)
- Software issues caused by rooting, jailbreaking, or unauthorised software modifications
- Damage caused by third-party repairs
- Faults from misuse or improper accessories
- Normal wear and tear, such as light scratches or faded buttons
