Exchange or Return of Goods

We accept returns for mobile phones under the following conditions:

  • A return request can be made anytime within 12 months of the original purchase date.
  • The phone must be in working condition, except in cases of manufacturer defects.
  • The IMEI/serial number must match our records.
  • The device must not have been jailbroken, modified, or repaired by a third party.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Once we’ve issued your RMA number along with return instructions, ensure the device is ready by erasing all data, performing a factory reset, and removing any iCloud or Google account locks to avoid delays. Carefully pack the phone in its original packaging or other protective materials. When shipping, use a tracked and insured service, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the device is faulty.

Refund & Replacement Policy

Returns made within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund, as long as the phone is in its original condition. If any accessories are missing or there are signs of misuse, a restocking fee may apply. Returns received after 30 days but within 12 months will be treated as warranty claims rather than refunds.

For warranty claims, if the phone has a manufacturer defect, we’ll offer a replacement of the same model and condition, subject to stock availability. If a replacement isn’t available, we may issue a refund instead. Please note that issues caused by physical damage, liquid exposure, or unauthorized repairs are not covered under our warranty.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for phones that have liquid or physical damage not covered under warranty, devices that are iCloud or Google locked, or any phones returned without a valid RMA number.

Warranty Coverage

If your phone develops a fault within 12 months of purchase, you are eligible for warranty service. However, the warranty does not cover accidental damage such as cracked screens or water damage, issues resulting from software modifications or unauthorized repairs, or problems caused by normal wear and tear.
